This document contains the conditions of use for the website at http://www.4theclients.hu/ (hereinafter: Website) operated by Eszter Alinka Balázs (hereinafter: Service Provider).

The Service Provider conducts consultancy and supplementary activities related to insurance (hereinafter: Services).
On the website you may access general information on these activities, and you can indicate your interest in the intermediation service.
You cannot conclude an insurance intermediation agreement through the website, you may only do that in person with the help of the Service Provider.
The member and managing director of the Service Provider (Eszter Alinka Balázs) is registered at the National Bank of Hungary as a tied insurance intermediary of Generali Biztosító Zrt. (registration number: 105030431434) and conducts insurance brokerage activities in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations.
3. Unilateral amendment of Conditions of Use
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these conditions of use. To review these conditions of use and any new information available, please visit the website regularly.
The Service Provider also reserves the right to make changes or corrections on the Website at any time without prior notification. The Service Provider also reserves the right to transfer the Website to a different domain name.
4. Copyright
The entire Website, its graphic design, texts, other technical solutions and the parts of the Service are under copyright or other intellectual property right protection. The Service Provider is the owner of the copyright and the rightful user of all the content on the Website, and the content displayed while rendering services available through the Website: any works under copyright or other intellectual property (including graphic design and other materials, Website layout, formatting, used software and other solutions and implementations, among others).
Saving or printing content from the Website and its parts on physical and other data media is only allowed with the prior written approval of the Service Provider.
Beyond the rights explicitly expressed in these General Terms and Conditions (GTC), no conditions such as contacting the Service Provider, using the Website or applying the provisions of the GTC shall provide grounds for the Partner to use any commercial names or trademarks displayed on the Website. Besides its display via its intended use, the temporary duplication necessary for this and copies for private use, this intellectual property may not be used in any shape or form without the prior approval of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider reserves all rights to the parts of its services, with special regard to the domain http://www.4theclients.hu/, all related sub-domains, any other domain names reserved for the Service Provider, its sub-pages, and online advertising space. All listing, reorganising, archiving, hacking and decrypting the source code of the Service Provider’s database is forbidden, except if the Service Provider grants special permission to do so.
It is forbidden to modify or copy the Service Provider’s database, place new data in it or overwrite existing data by bypassing the platform provided by the Service Provider or search engines without special agreement or a request for such services.
